If you're damp-cold sensitive

Seattle's pressure volatility is below the national urban average (73 big days vs. Minneapolis's 132) with almost no freezes; its burden is steady grey damp. The all-rounder podium (and the honest caveats)
Forced to rank for the typical mixed-sensitivity profile: 1) Arizona — wins three categories outright (stability, dryness, warmth; watch monsoon-season exceptions and real summer heat, a gout and dysautonomia consideration); 2) Coastal Southern California — nearly Arizona's stability with gentler summers, at California prices; 3) Hawaii — unbeatable stability, humid but steadily humid, at Hawaii prices and distances.
