"Am I too young for this?" — no, and the dismissals you've gotten ("you're 24, it's nothing") deserve a better answer than they gave you. Weather-sensitive joint pain in your 20s and 30s is common enough to fill endless community threads, and it has a short, honest list of explanations — most benign, a few worth catching early, all more useful than a shrug. Age makes serious causes less likely; it doesn't make your knees' rain forecast imaginary. The usual suspects, in rough order of likelihood

1. The old injury you forgot you had. The single most common young-person weather barometer: the ankle from soccer, the wrist from the skateboard, the knee from that one landing.
